Achal Foundation, Goa, has a mission to create a positive impact on the lives of children and uphold their rights.

Formed and registered in the year 2022, Achal Foundation conducted comprehensive surveys and assessments to identify the most vulnerable children in Goa. We, thereafter collaborated with local communities, schools, and governmental bodies to gather data on their socio-economic conditions. Then we, researched and cataloged existing government schemes relevant to child welfare and development. After establishing a comprehensive database of schemes, including eligibility criteria, application processes, and contact information, we organized awareness campaigns to inform communities about available government schemes. Gradually, we started conducting workshops and seminars to educate parents, caregivers, and local leaders on the importance of accessing these schemes for the well-being of children.
